In week zero our goal is to identify your starting point and create a baseline to begin from. This allows me to give you relevant and specific advice to move you forward so you can make progress quickly. Over the next week we are going to figure out what has actually been holding you back.

Week zero will officially start from next Monday, use the time between now and then to get familiar with the content in your welcome pack and the content in the guides section of the Facebook Group
3) Record everything you eat and drink for the next 7 days in your app, everything you consume from next Monday
4) Reply to my daily energy, daily mood & hunger check messages
5) Complete the testing workout to record your best performances on; deadlift, squats, bench press, plank, hang & 30 minute walk/jog/run time trial
You will find everything you need to complete these steps in your app and welcome pack. After you have completed the on-boarding tasks book your game plan call to go over your results and craft out your perfect game plan
